WOWZAAAA!

LOL! I have to tell you...I had the BEST birthday I can remember...very intimate...very personal...I planned it all!!! I had just a few of my favorite people show up, and two that didn't...I'll excuse them--this time! I think they both have heard all the stories that one night produced, they wouldn't think of missing my 32nd birthday party...WOW! That sounds old...I'm not though...

It all started on the actual day of my birthday...Went out to dinner with a complete cutie-pie...Sweet sweet guy...I just have to keep him on the same page with me...haha...Somehow we got on not only 2 different pages, we were in separate chapters, after Friday night! Then, fast forward to Friday...I had a kind of reunion with one of my girlfriends for low-carb cheesecake (my birthday cake). Then, my girlfriends started rollin in...OMG...what a blast...from the drinks, to getting ready at home like several college chics getting ready for a night out...to the Roadhouse for food, drinks, and valiums...LMAO!!! Then onto the Ugly Stick...where we had a blast...Both Johns showed up, too...they are cool...had a blast...

Didn't feel a thing...neither on Friday night or Saturday morning...Imagine that...I think that is courtesy of the valium...Not sure though...I am having some sort of block though...

But...at any rate, I need to give props to those I was with on Friday night...I definately think my life has brought me to that point, and we were all exactly where we were supposed to be on that March 23, 2005.

Good Friday

You would NOT believe the good Friday I just had...Hmmm...No, it has nothing to do with men who have aggrevated me, or, Moms in minivans...Nope...Just a totally random, fun, exciting, unplanned-for-the-most-part Friday...

It started with a much delayed, not by choice, coffee on Friday morning with an absolutely dashing man...I think I would definately like to get to know this one better...See where it could lead? I wonder if he is interested as well...Let's all hope for the best here...

Then...I got a random phone call from one of my old best friends from when I lived in NC the first time...She and I have not hung out in literally years! She called saying she was going to be in town, did I want to meet up with her? Sure I did! Then, the weather turned weird, she ended up spending the night...It seems like there had been no years between, either...We just picked up where we left off...Then I invited one of my new best friends over to join us for a while...He came by...we had a blast...

Indeed, it was a Good Friday!

Interesting Times...

Man...you have to wonder about this world in which we live in...Do you? EVER?? I know I certainly do...It seems like no matter how much I continue to pay for my sins/debts...They are STILL biting me square in the rear-end...

First let me say this...All the cable companies of the world...Well, they can bite my rear...I had the worst nightmare today from the local cable company...You would NOT believe the things I had to endure this morning...This guy turned me into a ranting lunatic! Not kidding...I thought I might seriously be on the verge of a coronary...This guy didn't even connect the cable to the TV's...???? I thought that was pretty standard...He wasn't happy with me...He said, "lady, I'm just trying to be nice to you, and I am ready to get out of your house..." LOL!!! I think I was scaring him...It made me think alot about how we, as service oriented people should be, really should think twice about our consistancy levels...Honestly...being inconsistent causes serious problems...I'm guilty. I wouldn't have asked the things I was asking of him, had these things never been done for me before...Right??

• Men: Today...what do I have to say about men, today? Let me clear my throat. THEY SUCK!!! Yes, you, if you are a man reading this...YOU SUCK! My trials of the week...You know the guy I was writing about who was so sweet and nice and blah, blah, blah??? WELL...he sent me roses AND red tulips (my fav) on V-day...Hung out with me out on the following Wednesday...Took me out the same Friday...I talked to him for the first time since when? Not til yesterday??? I think he met someone else...He blamed it all on the U.S. Army and his second job...I am not sure what exactly I am supposed to think...OH, am I supposed to think he's all into me??? I like him...still...Just wondering what it is I am supposed to think...I'm confused... (I REALLY REALLY REALLY SERIOUSLY LIKE THIS GUY)
• Second Circumstance: It's still true...I should get paid for this next service...(if you wanna call it one)...IF YOU HAVE AN EX, AND YOU WANNA GET BACK WITH HER: GO OUT WITH CARLA...IF YOU HAVE AN EX AND YOU WANT TO GET BACK WITH HIM: SEND HIM OUT ON A DATE WITH CARLA....It's a sure-fire way for any reuniting of souls...do I need to say anymore?
